Infinity Renewable Energy

Branding

The conceptual project was based off a design brief for a company called Infinity Renewable Energy. The logo was meant to be a clean, organic shape that represents movement, clean energy and transparency.  The contrasting yellow color was selected from the machinery used for wave energy. 

 

While the yellow does not necessarily evoke the same renewable energy feel that the blues do, the need for a pop of color was an important design choice to make sure that the overall feel was not boring or repetitively blue.

The product design aspect of the brief specified needed a lightbulb box with specific information on it.  

The idea to make the packaging stand out more while still having a 'Swedish'-esc minimalism feel was important to display.  On the conceptual website, various products were featured, this example highlighting the lightbulb.

The design process for Infinity Renewable Energy is a crucial aspect of building a strong brand identity. To achieve this, I chose to stick with a consistent theme and design feel throughout all of the deliverables. This includes the use of color and iconography that reflects the brand's commitment to sustainability and renewable energy. I felt that simplicity is key, and decided to create clean lines and bold pops of color that make the brand stand out (in a good way). I took a lot from Swedish or Scandinavian graphic design ideas to create purposefully bold but clean designs.  
 

My design process begins with a thorough understanding of the target audience and their needs. I then created a visual identity that resonates with the brand and communicates their values. I used a combination of typography, color, and imagery to create a cohesive look and feel that is both memorable and effective. My goal was to create a brand that is instantly recognizable and inspires trust and confidence in prospective customers. By sticking to basic design principles and maintaining a consistent visual identity, I was able to build a strong brand that stands the test of time.
