Branding
(original logo)
TCF has a long history with Congressional Country Club. The original logo was designed to mimic the Club's logo. After consideration, TCF wanted to distinguish itself from the Club itself and have its own logo and branding.
The foundation's main goal is giving back to the community. The logo is meant to represent outreach and the idea of spreading good throughout. Interestingly, the Congressional seating plan is also shaped in that same half-circle sun ray pattern. with such close historical ties to the Congress, it is fitting to have some of that symbolism in the logo.
The Lilac, Tangerine, and Cream are the primary colors for the brand. The colors are meant to represent calming renewal with the lilac, warmth and happiness with the tangerine, purity and sophistication with the cream.
The secondary teal shades add more variety and contrast adding to complete a full branding color wheel.
The branding design process is a crucial step in establishing a company's identity. For TCF, I began by reaching out to our clients to understand their vision and goals. I then worked on choosing the right colors that represent their brand and evoke the desired emotions in their target audience. Simple but strong logos with clean lines are essential in creating a memorable brand image.
My focus when reestablishing a brand's identity is getting their message across in a clear concise manner. I work closely with our clients at every step to ensure that their vision is accurately conveyed through their logo, colors, iconography, typography and branding materials. Client approval is a critical aspect of the process, and I make sure that my clients are satisfied with the final product before launching their brand. I believe that a well-designed brand can make all the difference in a company's success.
